Squats: this exercise can be done with or without shoes. Stand with feet shoulder width apart and bend your knees. Now, sit up straight with your back. Now, cross your arms over your chest and bring them back to your side, now this exercise helps to strengthen your entire midsection part of the body including the core of the body.

Jump Exercise: This is another effective exercise which helps to burn fats in the body. Stand with legs shoulder width apart and bend your knees. Now, jump forward as high as you can without losing your balance. While jumping, focus on the muscles in the front of your thighs and abdomen to lose weight from them.

Bicycle Exercise: This is another one of the best home exercises for health. Stand with feet shoulder width apart and place your hands behind your head. Now, pedal with both feet and lean forward. Now, in this exercise, you have to pedal with your thighs. So, this exercise develops the thigh muscles. Besides this, it also strengthens your abdominal muscles.

Running Exercise: This is one of the best exercises for health. It has been proved by many athletes. If you want to lose weight, this is the best option for you. You can also improve your stamina. There are many people who complain of lack of stamina when they start their exercise program. However, with running at least twenty miles every week, you will be able to feel more energetic.

Bike Exercise: This is also a form of bike exercise. However, instead of riding a bike, you have to ride an indoor stationary bike. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and pump your arms with both hands. Now, pedal with both feet and bend your knees. You will feel the resistance as you are using your leg muscles. This is considered to be one of the most effective workouts for health.

Kickboxing: Kickboxing is another form of cardio exercise. This is great to reduce stress and burn off extra fat. In addition, this workout plan will help to develop the muscles of your abdomen, oblique muscles and hip muscles.
